“Do you know your legal obligations? Can you and your staff demonstrate compliance to ensure you comply with current Health & Safety Legislation?
Are you understanding of the general and specific requirements that apply to the dental environment? Do not worry, you are not alone!”

Background
The Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 is the primary legislation covering occupational health and safety, setting out the general responsibilities of employers and others either working at or visiting the workplace. The Act is supported by various regulations that add detail to the general requirements. The UK’s healthcare regulators also require suitable standards of quality and safety the patients have a right to expect when receiving care.
This course will help you achieve the desired objectives to ensure you comply by understanding the relevant legislation and your obligations.
