Rights of Withdrawal

1. Cancellation by you

1.1 In the event of you cancelling the course within 4 weeks of the course, no refund will be provided (apart from in exceptional circumstances).

1.2 If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your place to another person at no extra cost. You will be responsible for ensuring the course materials and manual where applicable are passed on to the person taking your place. You will also be required to claim the course fee back from that person where applicable.


2. Non-attendance

2.1 If you are unable to attend due to illness or for personal or professional reasons, no refund will be provided unless in exceptional circumstances which are to be discussed and reviewed on an individual basis.


3. Cancellation by us

3.1 We may need to cancel a course or conference if minimum attendance levels are not met. The course or conference fee will be refunded, unless the applicant wants to transfer their booking to another date.

3.2 We reserve the right to amend or cancel courses or conferences and substitute lecturers and tutors if necessary.

3.3 We will not be liable for any losses (including, but not limited to, travel and accommodation costs) which arise as a consequence of any modification or cancellation of a course or conference or time-tabling constraints as set out above beyond the cost of the event fee (see 4.1).


4. Travel

4.1 Please ensure that your place is confirmed and the event is running before you make any travel arrangements. We do not offer refunds for travel or accommodation costs in accordance with clause 3.3 above.


5. Visas

5.1 We advise you contact the embassy in your own country to check visa requirements before you book a place on a course or conference. If you are unable to attend because you are unable to obtain a visa to enter the UK, no refund will be offered.
